1. Dark Chocolate Olive Oil Brownies

Uses: House Blend EVOO

Ingredients

  • ½ cup EVOO

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder

  • ½ cup flour

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Whisk oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

  3. Stir in cocoa, flour, and salt.

  4. Pour into greased pan and bake 20–25 minutes.

✨ Olive oil makes brownies incredibly moist.

2. Balsamic Strawberry Shortcake

Uses: Strawberry or Traditional Dark Balsamic

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • biscuits or pound cake

  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Toss strawberries with balsamic and sugar.

  2. Let sit 10 minutes to macerate.

  3. Spoon over biscuits and top with whipped cream.

3. Lemon Olive Oil Cake

Uses: Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups flour

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • ½ cup lemon olive oil

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • zest of one lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix wet ingredients, then fold in dry.

  3. Bake 35 minutes until golden.
