Returns

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days of delivery. Products must remain sealed and in their original condition and packaging. For health and food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened containers.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will replace the affected item at no additional cost.
